Such a great place. I feel super comfortable there. The classes are very enjoyable, challenging, fun and holistic. And also nice, I get compliments from friends about my body now!I always had problems with my back and with the teachers here and the personal attention I haven’t had any problems.It’s also a very social place. Everyone is friendly, you get to know the other people. It’s honestly the nicest place I ever went to the gym.And because the groups are always small the classes can be adjusted to your personal level. So if you’re rather new or a more experienced gym goer, all can work well here.

I was reluctant about joining a gym because I have always been a part of sport teams and I have found gyms tend to be soulless and lonely… but I gave it a go at BodyTime based on the 5-star Google reviews about 6 months ago. I was happy to discover the reviews were legit - it is quite a unique place! Firstly the owners and trainers are super knowledgeable, patient and kind. They create a great atmosphere and a sense of community; the classes are small, the clientele are friendly and you often encounter some of the same people more frequently. The clientele are quite diverse, spanning all ages and you’re as likely to find a seasoned athlete as someone just getting started on a fitness journey and everything in between. There is something for everyone here. The emphasis on functional strength and mobility and the games they throw in spices up workouts and keeps things interesting and challenging in fun ways so you keep coming back for more!

Body Time is for those who want to stay fit permanently. The small-scale personal design appeals to me. In terms of clientele, I think it is a mix of 50% Dutch and 50% internationals and of all ages.

I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year now, and, boy, do I love it!I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are shy, weak or old, or whatever else - come here and you will have a good time. Coaches are great, friendly and fun.If you are looking where to start - Mobility classes would be perfect. If you are looking for something more advanced - Strength, Boxing and Condition await you. There are some others classes I haven’t been to due to scheduling, but I’m 100% they are a blast too.
