BODYTIME COACHES
With the right coach, the right process, and a community of support, change is not only possible but inevitable!
The Facility
Come inside, kick off your shoes, hang up your coat and take a seat at the communal kitchen table. Or, dive straight in your movement session! No front desk or fancy changing rooms here. You’ll notice standard gym equipment has been replaced with ample floor and wall space. This creates maximum room for play and social interaction.
Locally Owned, Locally Loved
Family owned and operated since 2009. We value the human need for community and use that to create a space of motivation. When we keep each other motivated, results are a happy by-product!

Body Time is among the most thoughtful gyms I've attended, extending care for everything from how it creates community, structures its programming, and supporting athletes' development.
My experience as a new member has been one of attentive, personal, but never suffocating service, whose ideas for how to improve the gym have been actively sought out by staff. Introductions at the start of each class help make everyone feel at home and on equal footing.
BT offers small group classes of no more than 8 participants, which provides athletes the opportunity to build bonds quickly and receive a level of personal attention from coaches that is great value for money.
The culture and atmosphere in classes is one of healthy challenge and experimentation attuned to each athlete's opportunities and limitations as regards strength, coordination, range of motion. Coaches are knowledgeable (especially about anatomy/physiology and movement patterns) and consistently offer constructive, supportive correction.
The best added value in the course offerings comes from the movement/mobility classes; the programming for other classes isn't built to develop specialist skills (e.g., in the Olympic lifts), maximize raw strength, or develop elite conditioning levels, whereas the movement/mobility classes have something to offer athletes at all levels, and make an excellent supplement to specialist training done elsewhere.
BT makes this "work" by eschewing flashy, shiny equipment and amenities to focus on its core product. If you want colored Eleiko bumper plates and towel service, look elsewhere. But having visited dozens of CF gyms and studios around the world, in my mind, BT has a special thing going!
