How to join?
We start with an intake. This 1-on-1 session of 75 minutes is designed to assess your current physical condition and future needs. We get to know you and create a customized plan that guides you on your BodyTime journey. You can choose from Personal Training, Small Group Classes, Independent Workouts, or a combination of these options.
