Take your power back! In this unique Level 1 Krav Maga course you will learn hand to hand combat techniques, situational awareness and how to harness your natural instincts. You’ll be physically challenged through strength, power and cardio exercises and mentally challenged through intense introspection. Finish the course with a new feeling about yourself in today’s world! This course meets once a week for 90 minutes for six weeks.
