Strength

Learn new movements, build muscle, get lean! This class combines weightlifting with bodyweight exercises. It utilizes structure and repetition to avoid injury and deliver results.

StrengthCon

Challenge your muscular endurance and cardiovascular system while having fun! A strength based class with elements of conditioning.

StrengthBox

This class combines strength training with boxing skills, either with a partner or on the heavy bag. Improve your overall strength, boxing technique and conditioning with punches, elbows, knees and kicks!

Calisthenics

This class utilises your body as the main tool! Think of planks, push ups, hanging, pull ups, L-sits, dips and handstands. A great way to keep in shape and to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Dit neem je mee

Vergeet niet om schone schoenen, handdoek en flesje water mee te nemen. Voor de Yoga en Pilates lessen zijn er matjes beschikbaar, ook kan je bij ons bokshandschoenen lenen. Na afloop is er gelegenheid om te douchen.
