Hot Power Yoga is a dynamic sequence designed to build strength, balance and flexibility — all within the gentle heat of our infrared studio. The warmth allows for deeper stretches, improved recovery and a calming focus that leaves you feeling both energized and relaxed. The studio will be heated to around 35°C.
Hot Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. By holding poses for longer periods, you’ll increase flexibility, mobility, and inner calm while allowing your nervous system to reset. It’s the perfect complement to strength training. The studio will be heated to around 25°C.
