Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements that build strength from the inside out. Through a series of low-impact exercises, you’ll improve core stability, flexibility and balance — leaving each class feeling centered, strong and aligned. During the Hot Pilates classes in our studio in Laren, the room will be heated to around 25°C.
Reformer Pilates
The reformer is a brilliant way of developing length and space in the body while under spring tension. It helps create internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints and muscles which then leads to greater flexibility, strength, stamina and a more balanced posture. Only in our Laren studio, the room will be heated to around 21°C.
