GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – BODYTIME GYM

1. Membership & Cancellation
Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@bodytime.nl, with a notice period of 4 weeks.

2. Payments
Membership fees must be paid no later than 2 days before the start of each new billing cycle.

Members paying via SEPA direct debit are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds. If a payment is reversed due to the member’s actions, an administration fee of €15 will be charged.

Bodytime reserves the right to adjust membership fees periodically. Members will be informed in advance of any changes.

3. Additional Purchases
Bodytime may offer the option to charge additional purchases (such as drinks or food items) via SEPA direct debit.

4. Bookings & Cancellations
Members can book and cancel sessions via the Bodytime website or app.

  • Personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged.
  • Group classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the loss of one credit.

5. Membership Freeze
Memberships cannot be paused, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Bodytime.

6. Opening Hours & Schedule
Bodytime determines opening hours and class schedules quarterly. These may be subject to change, including closures on public holidays.

Bodytime reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen or urgent circumstances. Where possible, alternative options will be offered.

7. Health & Responsibility
Participation in training involves inherent risks. Members train at their own risk.

Members are responsible for informing trainers of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before and during training sessions.

Members must follow all reasonable instructions provided by Bodytime staff.

8. Liability
Bodytime is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in training, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intent.

Bodytime is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
