Moving to a new country can make it hard to find your rhythm — and your people. That’s why our gym is more than just a place to train. It’s a welcoming community where you’ll feel at home, meet new friends and build strength, confidence and balance in your daily life.
As a native English speaker, I’ve written this page especially for expats like you. Take a look around the site for more details and we hope to welcome you soon!

What to expect
Our classes encourage you to get to know your body on a deeper level. You’re exposed to different levels of intensity and learn how to progress based on your current condition. Every class follows a pre-written program to maximize your time and effort. We teach all levels, ages and abilities, so expect to meet a diverse group.
An International Crowd
Our gyms bring together a diverse community of people, which is why many of our classes are taught in English. At the same time, we love introducing newcomers to a bit of Dutch — so feel free to strike up a conversation in either language!

What we value
Taking care of your health and well-being shouldn’t feel like a chore. Every visit to the gym should be fun, educational and rewarding. The real key to progress is consistency — that’s why we make it easy (and enjoyable) to keep coming back, again and again!

Progress
Whether in the form of mindset, physique, or lifestyle, progress is a priority.

Education
When you know better you do better. Each class aims to teach you something new about your body and your mindset.

Longevity
The impact of your training should go beyond looking and feeling good. The goal is to keep you moving pain free for as long as possible.

Community
Community is what drives us! We value the human need for togetherness and use that to create a motivational space.
How to prepare
Bring a water bottle, a good attitude and a willingness to challenge yourself. Wear whatever you feel the most comfortable moving in. Going barefoot is a common occurrence. If you prefer to wear shoes please bring a designated pair of clean, indoor shoes.
Refreshments
Our fridge is always stocked with a variety of refreshing drinks, protein bars and freshly made protein shakes. You’ll also find purified water and specialty coffee at the bar. No need to bring cash — simply purchase everything yourself through the Store in the Bodytime app.
Booking a class
Please pre-register for any class you’d like to attend via the Bodytime app. If a class is fully booked, simply join the waiting list — spots almost always open up!
What class is right for me?
If you’d like to jump right into the small group classes, you can choose from Strength, Mobility, Condition, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates and more. No matter which class you pick, your Bodytime coach will know you’re new and guide you so you feel comfortable and confident from the start.
Best way to start
Our recommendation is to start with a Personal Intake — a 75-minute 1-on-1 session with a trainer where you’ll discuss your goals, experience our approach and get clear guidance on your training. As an alternative, you can choose the 10 Day Trial, which gives you 3 class credits to try different group lessons within 10 days.
