In this workshop, pelvic floor specialist Anna will teach you how to:
– Reactivate your core, trunk and abdominal muscles
– Recover from injuries due to pregnancy or labour
– Regain physical confidence
– Reconnect with yourself and your body
*Join from 6 weeks postpartum or with permission from your fysio.
This will be an educational, social, and insightful two hours. We invite you to join!
