This workshop is designed to help you navigate the world of nutrition while also giving you hands on experience with preparing meals ahead of time.
Come join me to talk about healthy and balanced eating while learning to prepare your meals ahead of time, setting yourself up for a successful week ahead.
We will make the meals together and then you can box them up and take them home.
This is a fun, relaxed, and social experience that gives you the opportunity to spend some time with the Body Time community while also learning more about nutrition. Each member will receive printed (or emailed) copies of all the recipes we make that day.
