A Strong Start: Post Natal Workshop

For new moms* who want to take the first step towards training again!

In this workshop, pelvic floor specialist Anna will teach you how to:

– Reactivate your core, trunk and abdominal muscles

– Recover from injuries due to pregnancy or labour

– Regain physical confidence

– Reconnect with yourself and your body

*Join from 6 weeks postpartum or with permission from your fysio.

This will be an educational, social, and insightful two hours. We invite you to join!

Prep for Success! Food Prepping Workshop

Learn how to prepare healthy meals ahead of time by making breakfast, lunch and dinner with a certified nutritionist!

Life in modern society can be overwhelming. It’s more important than ever that we keep our bodies properly fuelled.

Today there is so much information available, leading to confusion about healthy and balanced eating.

A balanced lifestyle can be simple if you have the right tools and if you are willing to take the time to prepare for the week.

This workshop is designed to help you navigate the world of nutrition while also giving you hands on experience with preparing meals ahead of time.

Come join me to talk about healthy and balanced eating while learning to prepare your meals ahead of time, setting yourself up for a successful week ahead.

We will make the meals together and then you can box them up and take them home.

This is a fun, relaxed, and social experience that gives you the opportunity to spend some time with the Body Time community while also learning more about nutrition. Each member will receive printed (or emailed) copies of all the recipes we make that day.

Introduction to Sport Fasting

Sport Fasting is a 10 Day training program consisting of a nutrition protocol, supporting supplementation and workout guidelines aimed to bring the body in ketosis and train the metabolism to increase fat burning.

In this free one hour workshop Mark will talk about the power of fasting, why it works, and the mechanism behind it.

He’ll show different real life cases
 and teach you simple fasting hacks you can start with the next day!

Mark will also show you in detail a specific successful formula that has been around for more than 10 years and has been studied extensively.

LEARN THE PRINCIPLES OF KRAV MAGA!

Krav Maga is an incredibly simple yet effective self defense system. Established in the 1930s by Imi Lichtenfeld. Krav Maga’s roots lie in the belief that everyone can (and should!) learn how to protect themselves are of little importance when it comes to Krav Maga. It’s principles and techniques are quite fast to learn for all.

The last two years have proved to be challenging times where it’s far too easy to feel disempowered as an individual. The main goal of this course is to give you your power back!

In this 6 week course you will LEARN:
Personal and Situational awareness
Simple and effective combat techniques
Breathing exercises & stress relief

After the 6 week course you can EXPECT:
Increased levels of strength and self confidence
Heightened self awareness
A deeper connection with your body
Knowledge of the system of Krav Maga and how to continue practicing

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Jeroen (40) has been studying Krav Maga for over 15 years. Twice a year he visits his teacher Shimon Harpaz (one of Imi’s first students and friend) in the North of Israel where he refines, updates and practices the Krav Maga principles and techniques. One of Jeroens biggest passions in this life is teaching Krav Maga and spreading it’s powerful message: a better, more loving and safer world.

Ride + Dine

BodyTime is bringing a dynamic duo together; FietsBaas and Pizza Project.

FietsBaas, AKA Mark from BodyTime, will lead a small group on a lovely two hour fietstour. After the cycle the group will head to Pizza Project for a delicious family style dinner to include appetizers, drinks and of course PIZZA!

A racefiets (race bike) is required for the fietstour. Mark has arranged a special rental price with a cycling shop. If you would like us to arrange your rental please let us know at the time of your ticket purchase by sending a mail to Heather@BodyTime.nl
