Different than other forms of martial arts, this practical method is based on reality and real life risk situations – various settings, no judgement and no rules. The end goal is always the same: to get you home safely!
In this workshop you will learn how to move and use your body in the most effective way, stimulating all senses and the lost human primal instinct. This will contribute not only to more self-confidence and freedom but a heightened sense of awareness both physically and situationally.
