A better understanding of ingredients, their nutritional value and the positive impact right food has on your body is information I want to share with you. I here to help in all facets of your diet. Meals are prepared and available in the studio.

I have been active in sports all my life. In my youth I swam a lot and did judo. When I went to study in Amsterdam, I got more and more to do with fitness. In the third year of my study I opted for a specialization in fitness. This was not enough yet, I wanted more. In the 4th year I started with a minor Health promotion & Personal training.

As a child I have always played sports; hockey, tennis, gymnastics. Sports was self-evident to me. Ever since I started working at Bodytime, I’ve only started to exercise more. Sports is not only a physical outlet and development, but also mental. I do not care about how strong or how muscular you are. I think it’s important that you do what feels right and what helps you to become more aware of your own body.
