GROUP CLASSES

Support and motivate each other as a group to push boundaries and bring out the best in you. We offer every participant the best possible support. Our group classes are accessible for every level. Maximum of 16 participants per lesson.

CIRCUIT

Alternating total body workout using free weights, balls, battle ropes, elastic bands and more.

STRENGTH

Specific strength training with elements from gymnastics and weightlifting. The content of the Strength lessons varies per calendar month.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

Competitive training to test endurance and perseverance. The focus here is on duration, maximum weight and / or number of repetitions.

HIIT 30

High Intensity Interval Training in 30 minutes. This full body workout is focused on endurance, speed and power.

HEAVY BAG

High intensity training around the boxing bag. Punching combinations are alternated with various bodyweight exercises.

YOGA

Dynamic workout on the yoga mat with various static poses, mobility exercises, stretching, breathing and meditation techniques.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Personal training with the benefits of training in a small group. A specific training program every 6 weeks. Maximum 6 participants per lesson.
